Delivery Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that flowers are delivered to a safe and accessible location. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, MySignature Floral will make every effort to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time. Orders that cannot be delivered safely may be returned to MySignature Floral, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Collection from our store is also available as an alternative.
MySignature Floral provides local delivery only within our service area. All deliveries are processed promptly once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary depending on your selected delivery slot. MySignature Floral is not responsible for flowers that are damaged or lost after delivery. Any quality concerns or delivery issues must be reported immediately. Replacement or redelivery is offered at the discretion of MySignature Floral.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders can also be scheduled in advance for your preferred date and time within our local delivery area. To arrange your order, please place it online or contact our team at hello@mysignature.com.
