By placing an order with MySignature Floral, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Products & Availability

All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to natural variation and seasonal availability, colours, flower varieties, sizes, and overall appearance may differ slightly from images shown on our website. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment is required at the time of ordering. MySignature Floral reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Delivery will be made according to the details provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information is accurate. Once an order has been delivered in line with the provided instructions, MySignature Floral is not responsible for damage or loss caused by weather conditions, theft, or delayed collection.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds are not available unless a verified quality issue is identified.

Quality Concerns

Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 4 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and the order number. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and MySignature Floral reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MySignature Floral shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

MySignature Floral reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be published on our website and applies to all orders placed thereafter.
