Refund policy

Flower & Natural Material Disclaimer

Flowers are natural, living materials and each stem is unique. Variations such as gently wrinkled petals, darker flower centers, small marks, or slight bruising may occur and are considered a normal characteristic of fresh flowers, not a quality fault. Due to their delicate nature, minor creasing during handling or transport is unavoidable.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all refund or replacement requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and MySignature Floral reserves the right to make the final decision.

Quality Concerns

If your order is received in an unsatisfactory condition, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs. All claims are reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at the discretion of MySignature Floral.

Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste, or expected natural differences in flower colour, size, or seasonal availability.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered in accordance with the delivery details supplied, MySignature Floral cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from weather conditions, theft, or flowers not being collected promptly.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations made between 5 days and 2 days (48–120 hours) prior to delivery, a refund of 90% will be issued. A 10% service fee applies, as flowers may have already been sourced or prepared.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for bouquet fulfilment. A 20% service fee will be charged.

If required, delivery may be postponed for up to 3 business days. Please note that once flowers have been arranged and packaged, we cannot guarantee freshness or the intended bloom stage after a delayed delivery.
